Junior Business Support Executive
(Selangor – Kelana Jaya / Seri Kembangan)

   Responsibilities:

  • Develop service enhancement measures in line with company’s customer centric goals
  • Conduct service improvement trainings for front line staff
  • Present to management on service improvement plans and update management to timely basis on project progress
  • Management customer feedback/complaints

    Requirements:

    • Experienced in both front line and back-end processing
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Full-Time positions available.
