The Ministry Of Human Resources through Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad is implementing the Train And Place Scheme to retrain graduates and retrenched workers seeking employment for the following purposes:office_picture_smaller
(i) to assist in job placements;
(ii) to provide skills upgrading; and
(iii) to enhance employability.

The implementation of this scheme is based on the train and place concept whereby graduates and retrenched workers seeking employment are trained on specific skills based on available job vacancies  or required by employers with the job placements.

1. Objective
The objective of these  is to explain the procedures for the implementation of the Train and Place Scheme (TPS) for retrenched workers and unemployed graduates seeking employment.

2. Taget Group
2.1 Malaysian who have graduated with a diploma, degree or equivalent qualifications and have remained unemployed.
2.2 Malaysian workers who have been retrenched by the employers from all economic sectors including those who have been retrenched under voluntary separation scheme (VSS) and any person unemployed seeking jobs.
